How do I book Day Perfected?

Complete our inquiry form with your event details. We'll follow up to confirm availability and provide the next steps for booking.

Is a retainer required?

Yes! A $150 non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your event date. This amount is applied toward your total package price, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your scheduled event.

Where are you located?

Day Perfected is based in New Jersey. Include your event location in your inquiry so we can discuss availability and event details.

Can I customize my experience?

Yes! We offer optional enhancements, including themed props, premium backdrops, décor, and more.

Are photos shared digitally?

Yes. Our digital photo booth experience is designed around capturing and sharing memories digitally.

Can I add extra time?

Additional event time is available for $100 per hour, subject to availability.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel within 25 miles is complimentary. Fees for farther venues range from $40 to $100, with custom quotes available for events over 100 miles away. Travel rates include transportation-related expenses such as tolls, parking, and valet services. Visit our Travel & Service Area page for the full pricing breakdown.

Where does Day Perfected service events?

Day Perfected proudly serves celebrations throughout New Jersey. Select out-of-state events may also be accommodated. Travel fees may apply depending on event location.

Does submitting an inquiry reserve my date?

No. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once availability has been verified, your booking agreement is signed, and the $150 non-refundable retainer has been received.

How do I secure my date?

After we confirm availability and approve your event details, you'll receive the next booking steps. A signed booking agreement and a $150 non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date. Your retainer goes toward your package total, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Can the photo booth match my event?

Yes! Every photo booth experience includes a custom event overlay and personalized welcome screen. Premium backdrops, themed prop upgrades, and décor enhancements are also available.

The Important Details

Everything You Need to Know

Please review our booking policies before confirming your event.

01 / Reservations

Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your event date. Your booking is confirmed only after we verify availability, receive your signed booking agreement, and collect the $150 non-refundable booking retainer.

02 / Payments

Payment Terms

A $150 non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure your date and is applied toward your package total. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your scheduled event.

03 / Changes

Rescheduling & Date Changes

We understand that plans may change. One complimentary date change is permitted when requested at least 14 days before the originally scheduled event, subject to availability. Please contact us promptly to request a new date.

04 / Client Cancellations

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

7 or more days before your event: You'll receive a full refund of any payments made beyond your $150 non-refundable booking retainer.

Fewer than 7 days before your event: You'll receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond your $150 non-refundable booking retainer.

Your $150 booking retainer is applied toward your total package price and is not an additional charge. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

05 / Our Commitment

Cancellation by Day Perfected

In the unlikely event that Day Perfected must cancel a confirmed booking, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the $150 booking retainer.

We understand the importance of your special occasion and are committed to communicating any unforeseen changes promptly and professionally.

06 / Service Area

Travel & Additional Fees

Travel fees are based on the distance to your event venue and include transportation-related expenses such as tolls, parking, and valet services. Any applicable travel fee will be included in your quote before booking.

Your signed booking agreement will document the terms applicable to your event. Please contact us with any questions before submitting payment.
